New words added in Oxford Dictionary

The first English Dictionary was compiled by Samuel Johnson. James Boswell writes a biography of Samuel Johnson, in his book explained about the pains taken by Johnson to from a dictionary where nothing was available.

Recently the Oxford Dictionary has added around 1000 new words and

Phrases in its online version

Few newly, added words are

“al desji”, “lolcat’’ “Duck face” and obamacare!.

The introductions of words in the dictionary include teens peak, gaming terminology, and business ling.

Some popular culture and abbreviation like lolcat ( a picture of a cat with humorous captor) and

IDC (I don’t case) “obamacare” is an informed term for a federal low intended to improve access to health insurance for us obliges.

“al lesk” means working at one’s desk in an office

“Duck face” means exaggerated pouting expression in which the lips throughout wards, when given page to photos.

The other words are

Mamil (Middle ages man in Lyre)

Silver tail (person who is socially prominent or who displays social aspiration).
